Steps for Registration and Presentation Submission for the 2017 Student Research Showcase

  1. Project Approval: Due February 22, 2017. Submit a brief description of your project by email with the subject line Student Showcase Project Description. 
  2. Presenter Registration & Payment: Due February 22, 2017.  Submit a registration for your presentation and pay the registration fee (projects with multiple presenters pay one registration fee).
  3. Co-presenter Registration:  If your presentation has multiple presenters, each co-presenter should submit a co-presenter form.  This step is not required for presentations with only one presenter.
  4. Presentation Submission: Due March 22, 2017.  Submit information for the presentation and a link to your presentation site.

Please note that co-presenters are fellow students who worked on the research project and the Student Showcase presentation. Research advisors and co-workers are not considered co-presenters.  Award funds will be divided among co-presenters for winning presentations.
