Partnerships with other organizations have allowed Sigma Xi to bring to our members and chapters opportunities in education for developing programs, recognizing excellence, attending conferences and training sessions, and participating in leadership roundtables. The Shodor Education Foundation
The Shodor Foundation is a non-profit research and education organization dedicated to the advancement of science and math education, specifically through the use of modeling and simulation technologies. Through its National Computational Science Institute, Shodor's partnership with Sigma Xi is providing the opportunity for up to 15 chapters to host a workshop devoted to developing computational and computer modeling tools for undergraduate science and engineering faculty.

Teach For America
Teach For America is the national corps of outstanding recent college graduates of all academic majors who commit two years to teach in urban and rural public schools and become lifelong leaders in the effort to expand opportunity for children. Since its inception in 1990, approximately 17,000 exceptional individuals have joined Teach For America, directly impacting the lives of more than 2.5 million students, and taking on leadership roles as alumni to increase opportunity for children.

Council on Undergraduate Education (CUE)
The mission Council on Undergraduate Education (CUE) of the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) is to support and promote high-quality undergraduate student-faculty collaborative research and scholarship. Opportunities range from participation in workshops, summer institutes, and conferences. More information on CUR.
National Consortium of Secondary STEM Schools (NCSSS)
Sigma Xi is piloting a project to work with special science and mathematics schools affiliated with this consortium of schools that provide special education programs in science, math and technology. See High School Mentoring Programs below and more Information on NCSSS.
