News Announcements

The Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair, the world's largest international pre-college science competition, provides an annual forum for approximately 1,800 high school students from 75 countries, regions, and territories to showcase their independent research as they compete for over $4 million annually. Regeneron ISEF is the premier global science competition for students in grades 9–12.

Sigma Xi serves as a Special Award Organization with first and second place awards for the “best demonstration of team science.” Society members volunteer to be judges for the Sigma Xi Special Awards. Winners receive a cash prize, commemorative certificate and an invitation to join the Society as an Associate Member.
