2015 Evan Ferguson Award recipient
The Evan Ferguson Award is presented to recognize outstanding service to Sigma Xi and its mission.
Dr. Larry Johnson is a professor of veterinary integrative biosciences at Texas A&M University and has had extensive experience with the Texas A&M Sigma Xi Chapter. He has held every officer position possible, including chapter vice president, president, executive director, secretary, and contact officer. He is currently on the chapter’s Executive Committee and on its Youth Science Promotion Committee. He will accept his award this year at the 2015 Annual Meeting October 22-25 in Kansas City, Missouri.
