Effect of synthetic turf on cell cycle genes of Sacchromyces cerevisiae

The purpose was to see if artificial turf field would cause abnormal gene expression in homologs of human cell cycle genes (MAPK1, CDC2, TEP1, MAP2K1) of Sacchromyces cerevisiae when the yeast were exposed to the turf pellets under realistic heat conditions (heat and sun).
