Sigma Xi Elections

Online voting for Sigma Xi's 2014 elections begins on November 10, following the Assembly of Delegates, and closes at 5 p.m. Eastern Time on December 9, 2014. All active members are eligible to vote. They will receive an email on November 10 from elections@vote-now.com that will have instructions on how to vote online.

All eligible voters may vote for president-elect while voting for other open positions is based on chapter affiliation. Each chapter is assigned to a specific region and constituency within Sigma Xi. Voters will be able to vote for the open positions only in the region and constituency that is assigned to their chapter. Members affiliated as at-large will vote for open positions in the Membership-at-Large Constituency.

Voting will take place online for president-elect (term begins July 1, 2015), directors (terms begin July 1, 2015), associate directors (terms begin July 1, 2015), and members of the Committee on Nominations (terms begin at the conclusion of the voting period). 

Results of the elections will be announced on the Society’s website and in other membership communications.
