Additional Information

• Group rates are available. Groups of 5 or more receive a 15 percent discount on registration. Please email meetings@sigmaxi.org to use the group rate.
• Sigma Xi Affiliates and Explorers are eligible for the discounted member rate.
• Institutional grants for may be available to assist some students with registration fees. Students should check with their advisors.
• Sigma Xi provides grants for students who need financial assistance to participate in the conference. Financial assistance is available on a limited basis. Please complete the conference registration waiver request by Friday, October 22 to be considered. 
• Registration closes on November 1, 2021.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Registrants will have until October 15, 2021, to notify the Society in writing that they wish to cancel and receive a refund. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee and will be issued no sooner than four weeks after the meeting. Written cancellations may be sent via e-mail to finance@sigmaxi.org.
