Member Data Verification Project Begins

Old Member Directories Members can expect to receive an email, postcard, or phone call requesting them to call and update their Sigma Xi member profile. The Society has partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to produce a new member directory. All data will be reserved for Sigma Xi use only, per the agreement. 

This project also allows Sigma Xi to receive important updates so the Society knows more about members and how to better serve them and future members.

Look for an email or postcard with a phone number for this project and call the number provided to you. If you lost your number, select one of the numbers below.

What to Expect When You Call to Verify Your Member Information

You will be asked to confirm the following information. You may choose how much information to disclose. 

  • Your name
  • The year you were elected to membership
  • Your highest earned degree
  • Your chapter affiliation
  • Your favorite memory of your Sigma Xi membership
  • Mailing address
  • Home phone number
  • Cell phone number
  • Business phone number
  • Email address
  • Business address
  • Business phone number
  • Job title
  • Employer name
  • Research discipline

Members are not obligated to make purchases during the call but will be invited to make the following purchases.

The package costs two payments of $169.99 plus shipping and sales tax.

The member directory is available as a stand-alone purchase for two payments of $59.99, plus sales tax.

The printed directory comes with a shipping fee, while the digital version does not. 

For $49.95 plus shipping and sales tax, members may also choose to have a featured page that includes their photo, story, and information such as your electing year and chapter on an 11" x 17" color print to share with friends and family.
