Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Society is accepting applications through 12 a.m. on March 15, 2015, to its Grants-in-Aid of Research program. The program awards research grants to undergraduate and graduate students in all areas of science and engineering.
Applicants do not need to be members of Sigma Xi, but 75 percent of the funds are restricted for use by dues paying student members or students whose project adviser is a dues paying member.
Since 1922, Sigma Xi has awarded more than 30,000 grants worth a total of more than $13.2 million.
