Make the most of the Sigma Xi network through our online network groups. We have three groups that you can join, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Twitter

Follow American Scientist on Twitter to keep up with science features, columns, author interviews and book reviews from the magazine. We also tweet about science and technology news in the mainstream media selected from our daily and weekly Science in the News e-newsletters.

Facebook is a social networking site that enables people to interact online.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn is a professional networking site that enables Sigma Xi members to build their online network of colleagues, coworkers and others sharing professional interests.

Please use this link to register with LinkedIn and/or to join the Sigma Xi LinkedIn group (all free of charge). If you are already a registered member of LinkedIn, you can click on the "Sign in and Join this Group" button. If you are not a member of LinkedIn, you can click the "Join LinkedIn Now" button to register and then you can join the group.

Your current Sigma Xi membership dues will need to be paid to enjoy the benefits of the LinkedIn Sigma Xi group. Please check your member expiration date. If your dues are up to date, you will be approved to join the group. If your dues are not up to date we will e-mail you with a request to pay dues in order to belong to the LinkedIn network. Please allow one week for review and approval of your request to join the LinkedIn group.
