Sigma Xi Annual Meeting & Student Research Conference
Registration Type	Fee US$	Description
Sigma Xi Member (non-student)	$125	Active (dues paid) members. Includes the Friday evening Sigma Xi Café and the Saturday Young Investigator Award luncheon and lecture.
Sigma Xi Member (student)	$95	Presenting and non-presenting students who are active (dues paid) members of Sigma Xi. Includes the Friday Networking luncheon, Friday evening Sigma Xi Café and the Saturday Continental Breakfast.
Non-Member or Inactive Member (non-student)	$145	Non-members of Sigma Xi or members who have not paid their current year’s dues. Includes the Friday evening Sigma Xi Café and the Saturday Young Investigator Award luncheon and lecture.
Non-Member or Inactive Member (student)	$125	Presenting and non-presenting students who are not Sigma Xi members or student members who have not paid their current year’s dues. Includes the Friday Networking luncheon, Friday evening Sigma Xi Café and the Saturday Continental Breakfast.
Guest of Active Sigma Xi Member	$125	Anyone (18+ yrs) attending as the guest of a Sigma Xi member registering to attend the full meeting. Includes the Friday evening Sigma Xi Café and the Saturday Young Investigator Award luncheon and lecture. See Guest Policy.
Student Research Conference One-Day Friday Only Registration	$65	Available for members or non-members to attend Friday only events from 9:30am-6pm. Includes the Friday Luncheon. Not available for delegates, guests or student presenters.
Water Conference One-Day Saturday Only Registration	$65	Available for members or non-members to attend Saturday only events from 9am-5pm. Includes the Saturday Luncheon. An optional ticket to the evening Banquet may be purchased separately. Not available for delegates, guests or student presenters.

Social Events
Social Event	Description
Student & Exhibitor Lunch Friday, November 21	Students and Exhibitors will attend a Welcome/Orientation and Networking Luncheon. Included with student registration.
Sigma Xi Café Friday, November 21	After dinner, join other attendees for relaxing conversation, live music, light desserts and a cash bar. Included with registration.
Student Continental Breakfast Saturday, November 22	Students attend a continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall. Students enjoy breakfast while browsing student and faculty science posters and exhibit booths. Included with student registration.
Young Investigator Award Lecture and Lunch Saturday, November 22	The award presentation and lecture will follow the luncheon. Included with delegate, guest and Saturday one-day registrations. Students may purchase a ticket for US$40.
Sigma Xi Banquet Saturday, November 22	The Saturday evening banquet is the capstone of an exciting conference featuring an evening of fine dining, conversation, music, dancing, and a cash bar. Guests will be contacted prior to the meeting to choose from three entrées of beef, chicken or vegetarian. Ticket Required. Additional US$75 fee for ALL participants. Guest of Sigma Xi Member Policy
Anyone (18+ yrs) attending as the guest of an active Sigma Xi member who has registered to attend the full meeting. All guests must register in order to attend any part of the Annual Meeting & Student Research Conference. Guest tickets to the banquet are available at the advertised rate.

Registration Payment Receipts
Receipts will be provided in each participants registration packet provided on-site at the meeting.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
